Lowongan GA & Legal Officer

PT Sibelco Lautan Minerals is a subsidiary of Sibelco Asia, the largest Industrial Minerals Company in Asia. We are also part of the Sibelco Group, an organization established since 1872 in Belgium.

 

In line with our growth, currently we are looking for suitable candidate for the following position:

 

GA and Legal Officer

Responsibilities

·           Handle litigation and investigation cases while providing legal opinion on concerning matters

·           Able to draft and review legal agreements and other documentations such as contracts, leasing, etc

·           Handling company permits, licenses, articles directly to the government department or institutional.

·           Ensuring the company’s compliance with the prevailing laws and legislation in Indonesia including government reporting requirements

·           Maintaining good and professional relationship with government institutions and managing legal risks of the company

·           Handling Foreigner Legality

·           Manage factory general facility issues

 

 

Qualification:

-            Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university

-            GPA 2,80

-            At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably have experience to handle litigation matters, corporate services, company law compliance, legal drafting & reviewing

-            Mature, team player, detail, trustworthy, well-organized, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

-            Demonstrated competence in the preparation of legal briefs, the review and analysis of legal documents (i.e., agreements, contracts, certificates, permits) and the operationalization of legal business / corporate law concepts

-            Understand the right workflow to successfully process and obtain legal license (e.g. land permit, etc) from relevant government departments

-            Having experience in handling General Affair

-            Good communication in English (oral and written)

-            Computer literate
